High above Limehouse Cut, on the top floor of the historic Spratt’s Factory in Poplar, lies a warehouse space rarely found in London today: 300 square metres of open floor, four-metre ceilings, an exposed steel frame, and long runs of original Crittall windows catching the east and west light. When our clients first walked into the space, they instantly sensed its potential – even as it stood dilapidated, uninhabitable, and waiting to be reimagined.
